What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard MOQ starts at 10,000 pieces per SKU for private-label formulas. For fully custom formulations, MOQ is typically 30,000 pieces. We also offer consolidated trial runs for new brands testing multiple SKUs.
How long does sampling and production take?
Sample development takes 5–7 working days after brief confirmation. Standard bulk production lead time is 15–20 days depending on order size and packaging complexity. Rush orders can be completed in 10 days when capacity allows.
Do you support custom formulas and packaging?
Yes. Our in-house R&D lab can develop exclusive formulas from your concept or brief. For packaging, we support custom sachet films, folding cartons, zip pouches, labels, and inserts — including foil stamping, spot UV, embossing, and metallic finishes.
What certifications does your factory hold?
Our facility is GMPC and ISO 22716 certified, FDA registered, and products can be tested by SGS or Intertek. We provide full documentation support including MSDS, COA, and regulatory filing assistance for EU CPNP and US FDA.
Can you ship internationally and handle customs?
We export to 60+ countries and offer FOB, CIF, and DDP terms. Our logistics team prepares commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any required cosmetics export documentation. We can also deliver to bonded warehouses in Europe and North America.
Who owns the formula IP?
For custom-developed formulas, exclusivity and IP ownership are defined in your development agreement. We sign NDAs upon request and do not share exclusive formulas with other clients.
